1. About this website

The VoltMaster website provides information about our computer services, indicative prices, location, and contact methods. Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you. It does not, by itself, mean that a device has been accepted for repair or that a contract for specific work has been entered into automatically.

2. Diagnostics and pricing

Diagnostics are free when VoltMaster carries out the repair. If you do not order a subsequent repair, diagnostics start at 500 KGS. The final labor price, any parts required, and the timeframe are determined after diagnostics and agreed upon before any paid work begins.

3. Dropping off and collecting equipment

A device handover form is prepared when you leave your device. After the work is completed, we prepare a work completion certificate and, where applicable, a warranty document. The work to be performed and the terms of each individual order are recorded in the documents.

4. On-site visits and delivery

Technician visits within Bishkek cost 1,000 KGS; labor is charged separately. Equipment delivery is charged separately. Visits outside Bishkek are arranged individually.

5. Payment

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or using QR payment. This website does not accept online payments.

6. Protecting your data

Hardware and software faults may carry a risk of data loss. If the device allows it, we recommend backing up important data in advance and telling the technician that it needs to be preserved.
