Personal data processing policy
Version dated October 15, 2026
1. General provisions
This policy explains how data from visitors to voltmaster911.com is processed when they submit a request for VoltMaster computer services.
2. What data we collect
When filling out the form, you provide your name, phone number, and a description of the equipment problem. You may include additional information in your message. The website does not offer registration, accounts, or online payments.
3. Purpose and basis of processing
Data is used to receive your request, contact you, clarify the work required, agree on the service in advance, and provide further support at your request. Before submitting the form, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of the information you provide so we can respond to your request.
4. Data transfer and storage
Information from the form is sent by a server-side handler to an authorized manager's private chat using the Telegram Bot API. The manager may then manually enter it into the service center's customer database. Using Telegram may involve transferring data to a third-party service and processing it outside the Kyrgyz Republic.
Access to data must be restricted to authorized personnel. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide service and meet legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required. The actual service provider determines the specific retention periods in the customer database.
5. Your rights
Where permitted by law, you may request access to your data, corrections, an end to processing, or deletion. To make a request, use our business phone number +996 502 032 926.
6. Security and technical information
The website uses technical field validation and protects the form against automated submissions. It does not include third-party advertising trackers or set analytics cookies. The hosting service may generate technical request logs needed for security and operation.
To limit submission frequency and repeat submissions, the handler saves technical identifiers, hashes, and request timestamps in a temporary directory on the server. Your name, phone number, and problem description are not written to these technical files. Expired records are cleared when the form is accessed again.
A Google Maps map is embedded on the home page and contact page. When it loads, your browser connects to Google and sends technical information, including your IP address. This information is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Information from the request form is not sent to the embedded map.
